2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
12 cups air-popped popcorn
Nonstick butter-flavored cooking spray
- In small bowl stir together Parmesan cheese, cumin, chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Spread popcorn in even layer in shallow baking pan lined with foil. Generously spray with cooking spray. Toss. Spray with additional cooking spray, tossing until popcorn is lightly coated. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake at 350° F for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
